Caring for My Clients Started with a Simple Lesson
My approach to working with my clients goes back to being a little girl, following my grandmother around as she worked in people’s homes. She was asked to babysit children, but she always gave her customer more than they asked for. She would straighten the house and make the beds, caring for the house and not just the kids, which her clients did not expect.
I recall asking her why she went through the extra bother, and she always replied, “you go over and go beyond what they hired you to do. That’s how you get to keep coming back!” What a powerful sentiment and a guiding light to how I work with my clients ever day.
With my grandmother as my role model, I followed my passion to create a program called ” The Vision That Needs You”. It was designed to help grandparents raising their grandchildren, high school drop outs and young people with drug additions. This fulfillment of my dreams and my enthusiasm to “go over and beyond” led me to leave the real estate company I served for almost a decade and start my own company.
